PROCESSING TIMES

Some pieces in the shop are ready to ship, some are made to order therefore dispatch times varies from few days to a couple of months. To get to know how quickly your items ship, check descriptions of each item if it is already made or made to order.

- In stock: 1-7 working days

- Made to order: 1-8 weeks. Processing times for made to order items vary depending on workload and material used. The production time is up to 8 weeks but usually items are dispatched the first or second week of order. Please get in touch if you have any further questions or specific requests.

 

PACKAGING

I am here to make the planet more beautiful and I take it very seriously! Each item is carefully packed using cotton bags, glassine envelops, branded cards and tissue paper making the packaging either reusable or 100% compostable, recyclable & biodegradable.

+ Bags- cotton bags with polyester ribbon. They are great for storing your jewellery to protect it from scratches.
+ Glassine- paper based material originating from sustainably managed forests.
+ Tissue paper- super lightweight paper type usually made from recycled paper pulp.

If you do not wish to receive a cotton bag and prefer to have a fully ZERO WASTE packaging instead, do not hesitate to get in touch via email. Your order will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and glassine envelopes.

 

SHIPPING

Lithuanian post (Lietuvos paštas) helps me to deliver your new treasures. All parcels are send with tracked services with delivery times varying depending on the destination:

-Lithuania: 2-4 working days

-The rest of the world: 5-30 working days

CUSTOMS. Please remember that you may need to pay additional taxes or import fees on your purchase if ordering from outside the EU, Gin Fon Ask jewellery is shipped directly from my workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania.

 PLEASE NOTE. It is buyers responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If you noticed that the address is incorrect get in touch ASAP! 

If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately it can not be undone.
If your order bounces back and is returned, you will be asked to cover the cost of reshipping. If the order is back and you wish to cancel the order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please remember: there is no returns for custom made items.
If the parcel has been delivered to a wrong address, unfortunately there is nothing I can do but suggesting you to call or visit the address to try to retrieve the package.
