Returns

I want every customer to be over the moon with their new jewellery however I understand that sometimes my designs aren't quite right for you. 
It is important that you inform me at ginfonask@gmail.com of your wish to return any of the items before shipping them.

Returns policy.
- Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Made to order and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Buyer is responsible for returns shipping costs.
- Item(s) must be returned in a new & unused condition. If the items are returned in a used condition I reserve the right to refuse the returns. 
- Please return any items in their original packaging, using an insured and trackable courier service, and retain proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit. 
-Please note only items bought from www.ginfonask.com are subject to returns.
If you bought your item on another platform or seller, you need to contact the seller directly.
- Please allow up to 14 days from our receiving your return for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. If after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us by email on ginfonask@gmail.com.
